Jackpot Prize and League of Leagues
Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Grand Slam Digital Ltd (company no. 12650596) whose registered office is at 4 Heath Square, Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

2. Prize competitions are open to registered users of Perfect Picks (https://www.perfectpicks.com/) aged 18 years or over except employees of Grand Slam Digital Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.

4. By entering a competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. The winner of the Jackpot Contests will be eligible to win the prize if he/she scores 80.00 points or more in a Soccer/NBA Jackpot Contest, 75.00 in a MLB Jackpot Contest or 70.00 points or more in a NFL Jackpot Contest.

7. If the winner of a Jackpot Contest scores less than the points indicated above (6) they will not be eligible to win the prize.

8. If more than one eligible entrant scores 80.00 points or more (Soccer/NBA), 75.00 or more (MLB) or 70.00 points or more (NFL) only the winner (he/she with the highest score) will be eligible to win the prize.

9. The prize is as advertised on the Perfect Picks app for that Jackpot Contest or League of Leagues.

10. In the event of a tie the prize will be shared between the winners. The prize is as stated and no or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. If all games comprising the Jackpot Contests are not completed on the dates and times scheduled, Grand Slam Digital Ltd reserves the right to withhold the prize.

12. The points-per-game scoring breakdown for the Jackpot Contests can be found by clicking the 'i' icon from the Picks tab of the Contest from within the Perfect Picks app.

13. Any prize relating to a League of Leagues will be paid to the League Admin only. It is the League Admin's responsibility to distribute any winnings to the Members of the winning Private League as they see fit and not that of Grand Slam Digital Ltd.

14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 

15. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and contact a replacement winner.

16. The promoter will notify the winner how the prize can be claimed.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@perfectpicks.com

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Grand Slam Digital Ltd and not to any other party.

22. Grand Slam Digital Ltd’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.

23. Grand Slam Digital Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

24. Payment of any taxes or fees incurred by the winner in relation to receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and shall not be borne by Grand Slam Digital.
